These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of getintod2c.in and your participation in any programme, cohort, event or service offered by Get Into D2C, a unit of Parlexa (“Get Into D2C”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or applying to a programme, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use our services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you apply on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. Applications and selection
- Applying to a cohort does not guarantee selection. Every application is reviewed by our team, and we may accept or decline any application at our discretion, without giving reasons.
- You confirm that the information you provide is true and complete. We may decline or end an engagement if information is materially false or misleading.
- Selection steps (application review, screening call, Sr. Partner call and onboarding) may change.
3. Programmes, fees and onboarding
- Cohorts and other services are paid programmes. The fee, scope, deliverables, timelines and both parties’ responsibilities for each brand are set out in an onboarding agreement or plan (“Onboarding Plan”) shared before payment.
- If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed Onboarding Plan, the Onboarding Plan prevails for that engagement.
- Fees are payable as stated in the Onboarding Plan, through our payment partners, and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
We provide mentoring, frameworks, introductions and execution support. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profitability, funding, investor interest, grant selection, marketplace or quick-commerce listings, regulatory approvals, or any other business outcome. These depend on the market, third parties and the founder’s own decisions and execution.
5. Founder grant
Two startups shortlisted from the cohorts may receive a grant of up to ₹5 lakh from our network of investors, on an equity basis. Shortlisting is at our and the investors’ discretion. Any grant is subject to a separate agreement between the startup and the investor, on terms agreed between them; Get Into D2C is not a party to that investment unless stated in writing. Grant eligibility is not part of any programme fee and is not a ground for a refund.
6. Advice and your responsibilities
- Guidance from our team and mentors is general business guidance based on experience. It is not legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or investment advice. Please consult qualified professionals before acting on such matters.
- You remain responsible for your business, including product safety and quality, regulatory compliance (for example FSSAI, BIS, CDSCO/State Licensing Authority, Legal Metrology and GST), the claims you make about your products, and your contracts with manufacturers, suppliers and platforms.
- Introductions to manufacturers, suppliers, distributors or investors are made in good faith. Any agreement you enter into with them is between you and them.
7. Confidentiality
We treat the non-public information you share in your application and during a programme as confidential and use it only to deliver our services, except where you consent to sharing it or where disclosure is required by law. Ideas and concepts are not, by themselves, protected; we may work with other founders in similar categories.
8. Intellectual property
- Your brand, products and materials remain yours.
- Our frameworks, templates, playbooks, recordings, content and materials remain ours. During and after a programme you may use them for your own brand’s internal purposes, but may not resell, republish or share them publicly without our written permission.
- Website content may not be copied or republished without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use with attribution.
9. Case studies, logos and third-party brands
- Our case studies about third-party brands are based on public sources, such as company filings, founder interviews and press reports, which we cite. Figures marked as estimates are our own analysis. Those brands are not affiliated with us and have not endorsed us unless we say so.
- Logos shown under “Get mentored by leaders from” indicate the brands where members of our mentor network have built or worked. They do not imply a partnership with, or endorsement by, those companies. All trademarks belong to their owners.
10. Events and community
Events may be rescheduled or cancelled. In our WhatsApp community and at events, you agree to behave respectfully, not to spam or sell, and not to share other members’ information without permission. We may remove anyone who does not follow these rules.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end an engagement if you materially breach these Terms or the Onboarding Plan, fail to pay, act abusively towards our team, mentors or partners, or misuse our materials. The consequences for fees are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business or data. Our total liability arising from any programme or service is limited to the fees you paid us for that programme or service in the three months before the claim arose.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your products, your business, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. Questions: team@getintod2c.in · +91 79820 66052.
