This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to fees paid to Get Into D2C, a unit of Parlexa (“Get Into D2C”, “we”, “us”) for cohorts, programmes, diagnostics, events and other services (the “Fee”). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and of your onboarding agreement or plan (the “Onboarding Plan”). If the Onboarding Plan says something different, the Onboarding Plan prevails.
In short: applying is free. Once a programme starts, fees are non-refundable — except where we miss a committed deliverable for reasons that are ours alone, and you have met every one of your obligations. Founder delays move timelines; they do not create refunds.
1. Free stages
Submitting an application and the founder screening call are free. No payment is taken until you accept an Onboarding Plan.
2. Cancellation by you
- Before the programme starts: if you cancel in writing within 48 hours of payment and before the kick-off session has taken place, we will refund the Fee less 10% (towards onboarding and planning work already done) and less any payment-gateway charges.
- After 48 hours of payment, or once the kick-off session has taken place — whichever comes first — the Fee is non-refundable.
- No refund is given for change of mind, change of business plans, sessions you miss, deliverables you choose not to use, or partial use of a programme.
- Paid diagnostics, audits and one-off sessions are non-refundable once delivered, or once scheduled within the next 48 hours.
3. Our timeline commitment
Where an Onboarding Plan lists a specific deliverable with a specific delivery date (a “Committed Deliverable”), you may claim a refund for that deliverable if all of the following are true:
- the deliverable is expressly listed with a date in your signed Onboarding Plan;
- we missed the date for reasons solely within our control;
- you have met every Founder Obligation in section 4 for the whole period up to that date;
- you notified us in writing at team@getintod2c.in within 7 days of the missed date; and
- we did not deliver within a cure period of 15 working days after your notice.
4. Founder obligations
Timelines depend on you as much as on us. To remain eligible for any refund under section 3, you must:
- provide the information, documents, product samples, brand assets, data and platform access we request within 3 working days of the request;
- give feedback and approvals (for example on positioning, designs, packaging, listings and plans) within 3 working days of receiving them;
- attend at least 90% of scheduled sessions, and give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; no-shows count as attended;
- make decisions that fall to you — such as choosing vendors and approving samples, quotes, budgets and spends — within the time agreed in the Onboarding Plan;
- pay all Fee instalments, and all third-party costs (samples, inventory, packaging, registrations, ads, platform fees) on time; and
- stay reasonably reachable, and not go unresponsive for more than 7 consecutive days without prior notice.
5. When timelines move — and are not refund events
Committed dates extend automatically, day for day, for any delay caused by:
- you, your team or your partners, including any missed Founder Obligation;
- changes in scope, direction, product, formulation, category or brand that you request after the Onboarding Plan is agreed;
- third parties outside our control — including manufacturers, suppliers, printers, labs, logistics partners, marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms (approval, onboarding and listing timelines), payment gateways and agencies you appoint;
- government and regulatory bodies — including FSSAI, BIS, CDSCO or State Licensing Authorities, Legal Metrology and the Trade Marks Registry; and
- events beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, epidemics, internet or platform outages, strikes and government action.
6. What is never refundable
- Any business outcome. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profitability, funding, investor interest, grant selection, listings or approvals, so not achieving them is not a ground for a refund.
- Third-party costs, whether paid to us for onward payment or directly by you — including samples, inventory, packaging, registrations and licences, advertising spend, platform and marketplace fees, and event venue costs.
- Taxes that cannot be recovered, and payment-gateway charges.
7. How much is refunded
An approved refund under section 3 is limited to the portion of the Fee attributable to the missed Committed Deliverable, as specified in your Onboarding Plan. If the plan does not specify it, the refund is calculated pro rata to the undelivered portion of the programme. Total refunds can never exceed the Fee actually paid for that programme, excluding the items in section 6.
8. If we end the engagement
- If we end an engagement for our own convenience, we will refund the pro-rata Fee for the undelivered portion of the programme.
- If we end an engagement because you breached the Terms or the Onboarding Plan — including non-payment, abusive conduct, misuse of our materials, or being unresponsive for more than 15 days — no refund is due.
9. Events and webinars
Our webinars are free. For paid events, tickets are non-refundable. If we cancel a paid event, you will receive a full refund; if we reschedule it, your ticket moves to the new date, or you may ask for a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
10. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days of approval, to the original payment method through our payment partner. Banks may take a further 5–7 working days to credit your account. We do not refund in cash or to a different account.
11. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us first at team@getintod2c.in or +91 79820 66052 — most issues can be solved quickly. Raising a chargeback while a request is being reviewed may delay resolution.
